Being rich isn’t just about material wealth. To accompany the Sunday Times’ annual Rich List, we art directed the 2018 issue of the Alternative Rich List to celebrate those who are rich in experience, spirit and life, all under Skodas ‘Driven By Something Different’ campaign.

The Alternative Rich List 2018 is a celebration of 30 people in the UK who embody Skoda's guiding philosophy – “Driven By Something Different”. The idea for the 'Emoji' coins was created as a metaphor for valuing experience, spirit and life.

Nominees were selected in five categories with the following criteria: creative, adventurous, fulfilled, compassionate and persevering. We worked with The Sunday Times to develop the idea, and to select the short list of nominees.
